What is the emergency plan?

It is a plan that allows you to find a lawyer to represent you before a judge in the next 24 hours, immediately you sign this contract.

The amount of this plan is from $500 to $1000 per month. When you sign this contract, you must pay the first 3 months together, because it has a closure where you can change the plan whenever you want.

What is a contract with Allo Migrant Assistance?

It is a program that greatly reduces the risks of migration in your community. Allo Migrant Assistance is not an insurance company. Allo Migrant Assistance has no responsibility for any client's file and the country's immigration laws. The contract with Allo Migrant Assistance does not allow you to benefit from anything related to the country's immigration system, you get a service that helps in your processes, a good service with a lot of professionalism that is very effective, which allows you to remove all stress and doubts about work. Allo Migrant Assistance is not here to make sure you are protected against any immigration law the country can take against you if necessary.

All beneficiaries have the right to stop the contract when they want, there will be no risk or consequences.

All payments must be made automatically. In case it is not automatic you must pay in advance. If not, your membership can be cancelled if there are technical issues in your bank.

Allo Migrant Assistance has the right to withdraw from your bank account the agreed fee when you sign this contract and for the duration of this contract.

This fee depends on the contract plan you sign.

Once you sign a contract with Allo Migrant Assistance you automatically benefit of all the services provided by  AMA. In case you have to go to court, you must be a member for at least 3 months to be able to find a legal representative (lawyer). But if this happens before you have 3 months old, you need to change the plan to an emergency plan (911 Plan)

Information and Transparency

Information and transparency must be confidential (private) for both parties.

If it happens that you are signing a contract with Allo Migrant Assistance and all the information is not correct and clear , we are detached from all responsibility and legal risks that happen to the customer who signs the contract.

Allo Migrant Assistance has the right to cut off business with the client whenever they want, as long as they perceive lies and fraud in this file for the protection of the company.  This measure will remain personal with Allo Migrant Assistance without having to give any possible explanation but in all fairness without discrimination. Allo Migrant Assistance has no control on how a client's case is progressing. The contract should be paid at the time you sign it. If you don’t pay it automatically it can be lost. And to get it back you will need to pay a fee of $200 + the contract plan you choose. More details about that on the Privavy policy.
